Stephanie:

Ranked 9th in the 70's when I was born. Now ranked 88th.

Highest it reached was in the 80's - 6th place.

But I'm sure it doesn't count all the variations on the spelling such as Stefanie, etc...

Just for fun I looked at the name Blanche. Wow, it was so popular in the 1800's, then again so was horse and buggy.

Ian:

1980s: 82nd
2007: 74th

I'm glad my name isn't one of the most popular, and yet isn't unheard of. My middle name ranked #52nd in the 1980s, and is ranked 25th today. I love my first and middle names. :)

David:

ranked 2 in the '60's, no 4 when I was born but slowly falling since then.

VERY slowly. It's still 12th. :p

well you all know what my full name is and it peaked at number 5 in the 1940s and is now 99th

apparently people were named just "Rich" but only between the late '30s and late '60s and some of the late 1880s.

DEREK: Ranked 53 for when I was born in the early 80s... I didn't realize it was that popular back then. My middle name is much more popular....

Mine peaked in the 1920s at 155 and it's been downhill ever since.

I once asked my mom why she picked my name. It's a little unusual and my siblings are all named after relatives. She sort of blushed and then blurted out that she just liked it.

Turns out, her high school flame had my name.....

Julius

1980's - 361
Current - 302

It fell pretty far for a while, but seems to becoming more popular. Just what the world needs, more Julius'.

Leah: 1980's that I was born: 81st
2007: 68th

I'm going to assume that its going to go higher, only because of the TV show Jon and Kate Plus Eight, if you have a girlfriend, you'll probably know which show I'm talking about.
