How quick is picking up a reserved phone?

Took me about an hour today...I upgraded two phones from the IUP and did the IUP again. Had an iCloud issue with my wife's account not logging out completely. Mine went fine. I reserved my phones on Wednesday after Apple made some more stock available to IUP customers. I upgraded to the 7 Plus from a 6s and my wife went with the 7 from the 6s...both matte black.

Was anyone able to buy Verizon model with full payment without verizon account at apple store today?

Were you on the upgrade plan? For me I had an early reservation and was one of the first in. The whole process took about 20 minutes, about 4 or 5 of which was the associate trying to look up my order (the Apple Wallet bar code scanner was freezing up so she looked me up by name, which worked).

Yup. Upgrade plan.. and I thought it would be quick pick up.
