First up: many many thanks for setting this up and continuing to support it.
And now for my tale of woe. I had this up and running one weekend, and then it stopped working. In between, the only significant change to the system was my (ongoing) attempt to install wordpress (along with phpmyadmin and mysql). But that is a story for another blog...

This weekend, I went to continue my archival efforts, and got the attached result. Since then, I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, mapped folders/apps. An number of times and combinations. But the end result has not changed:
