I am recording a trace in Xcode Instruments, due to hardware issues with my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I forgot to change the “record until” from its default if 12 hours, and I want to end the trace recording now. There is no stop button in the UI, nor is there a stop command in the menu. The only option to stop the recording that I can see is “delete,” and I don’t want to do that.
The recording is deferred. I’m afraid if I just unplug the phone, it will mess up the recording.
