At age 13, I'd really have to say that you need a phone (any kind). I figured you already had a phone. I know when I was 13 I needed my phone.
I just find it funny how you think a basic phone package is the same as a smartphone. Maybe it's different than Verizon. You are on At&t right? Whatever.
