How to hide chrome scrollbar when watching youtube in full screen

Hi,

I'm on Intel MBP. When I am watching youtube videos in full screen in chrome, I see the scrollbar on the top portion of the screen (see screenshot below). How do I go about hiding that in full screen mode?

In Youtube just press 'F' key to make the video window fullscreen, eliminating everything else. Esc(ape) to back out.

That's exactly what I do, however, I still see that scrollbar.
