How to remove Newsstand?

Does anybody actually use Newsstand?

Yup. Use it daily since I don't take my iPad everywhere with me. /shrugs

I gave up trying to hide it. I don't jailbreak my phone so I was using several of the workaround methods but you have to continually re-hide once it comes back for whatever reason (either restart, install app, etc.). It's actually more annoying having to constantly hide it than to leave it on on the home screen.

Throw on the JB at evasi0n.com and on Cydia, look for "NoNewsIsGoodNews". Best of luck!
