A couple of my cards worked, a few didn't. Set up was flawless, other than Bank of America requiring me to speak with a person by phone for security. Chase gave options of just sending a verification code via email or text.

Is the Passbook & Apple Pay Settings - blocked in Canada?
I can't even find the Passbook & Apple Pay Settings ? Where is it ? Do I need to turn it on somewhere?
I'm in Canada - but I have US Credit Cards that work? I wanted to set it up when for when I'm in the states next week.

They do. They also make phones, sell music, sell apps, etc. that people want. This is a great service that will help change payment in the US.
I don't receive the option to use the card associated with my iTunes account. Is this because my bank is listed as a supported partner yet?
Does anyone know when US Bank will be implemented with Apple Pay? Tried setting it up but it won't let me.

my card was on file in iTunes..so it was super easy to activate plus its a boa debt completely compatible .
I only have 2 CC's and a debit card and thankfully they're all accepted. I'm gonna try this out at McD's for lunch. 😎 I still have my reservations about having my cards stored in my phone, but setup was easy and this looks to be a handy feature that I could potentially use daily.
According to my chat with Capital One Twitter Help: The Playstation Credit Card (Capital One Bank, Visa Branding) - is not supported by Apple Pay and they have no ETA to when it will be.

Apparently you have no idea how Apple Pay works. Apple has 0% of your data. They just provide the mechanism to transfer your encrypted key to the bank from the merchant for authorization.

My understanding was that iPhone 5s users would be able to use Touch ID for online purchases in apps that support Apple Pay. (http://www.forbes.com/sites/markrogowsky/2014/10/20/apple-pay-is-here-and-its-going-to-be-great-why-the-skeptics-have-it-wrong/) However, I don't have the options to add a credit card.

Bought lunch!
Okay, I finally had a compelling reason to buy lunch at McDonald's. I took the group to lunch and used Apple Pay. The only hiccup was completing the transaction with the phone -- I think you need to withdraw the device, rather than hold. But it was otherwise very quick and easy, just as advertised!
