damn right..And yet I still can’t use multiple phone numbers which makes living between multiple countries extremely painful. Again, people in America completely oblivious to how people in other parts of the world live. Why are we even still using phone numbers at all? My identity does not change with my location. Give me a username.
If I didn't use it in México, I wouldn't have immediate access to my dentist, chiropractor, physical therapist, medical specialists, banker, insurance broker, architect, attorney, veterinarian, massage therapist, enrolled agent, and more.Only some 2 billion people worldwide, making it the biggest chat app in the world.
Perhaps the majority of humans live outside of 5G coverage?its about tracking, via pinging the cell radio..
Why else would anyone need GSM in the era of 5G pipelines?
Or LTE, you get my point..Perhaps the majority of humans live outside of 5G coverage?
I'm not sure why you need so many whatsapp accounts that's your businessAnd yet I still can’t use multiple phone numbers which makes living between multiple countries extremely painful. Again, people in America completely oblivious to how people in other parts of the world live. Why are we even still using phone numbers at all? My identity does not change with my location. It is asking for access to your contacts so you can send messages to them. While the messages themselves might be encrypted and protected the point is what other data are they skimming from your device via the app? Why do you think they still don't have an iPad app and actively block you from using the iPhone version on the iPad? When I last had to use this POS it was really begging for access to my contacts, etc. It is skimming way more than it needs to function as detailed below:

No thank you! Glad my employer finally realized what spyware garbage this app and mothership are.
Correct. The article as it is currently drafted does not make sense.I think the article is missing a crucial detail - it works if the second device is android and the primary device iOS, but Apple phones can’t be an extra device yet. At least this was the case when I researched this feature recently.
You honestly believe Facebook doesn't already have your information, even if you don't use any of their products/services?

Facebook fuels broad privacy debate by tracking non-users
Concern about Facebook Inc's respect for data privacy is widening to include the information it collects about non-users, after Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg said the world's largest social network tracks people whether they have accounts or not.www.reuters.com
All of that can be avoided using a pseudonym and a VPN, but a phone number is forever traceable back to a wireless account set up with a credit check, and those records are never deleted and can be mined retroactively forever, linking people to places and times. AT&T and the CIA have been illegally doing far more than Facebook for decades, and not to sell you ads.
My other phone is Android, and it's not showing up there either.I’m pretty sure this has only been rolled out for Android. It’s not even on the iOS beta for me.
Yes if you own the right phoneOk but can I have two WhatsApp accounts on the same phone?
Same. iPad for everything. Makes selection easy for us - we deleted WhatsApp for Signal.Infuriatingly, they still don't have a native app for iPad, and block you from installing the iPhone version. My entire family is on Whatsapp, and I miss conversations sometimes because my phone is usually charging - I use my iPad for near everything at home.
