I can just watch it for free on my TV as a plain old TV broadcast from the local station. No worries about internet hiccups, provider streaming capacity, or WiFi signal quality to muck anything up.
Nice that you can get OTA stations. People in mountainous rural areas like where I live don't get OTA stations. Sigh.

Well, there is a catch, a slight one. You have to provide your email address to Fox, so be prepared for that information to be sold and pay attention to your email inbox and learn how to use spam filters

wish that were true for my gmail. While their filter is pretty good imho, I do get new "spam" in my inbox a few times per month, in particular after signing up for some new "free" service.

Oh, I forget sometimes. Not everyone has a rooftop antenna like we do. I can watch the game in uncompressed 4K, and there is currently no cable or stream that comes close to the picture and sound quality!

Doesn’t my Apple TV 4K already upscale 1080p to 4K?

So all watching the game on Tubi does is use more of my monthly 1TB limit.

Thanks. I’ll use my OTA antenna and get the game 40 seconds sooner than everyone else.

Football championship game potential service disruption
Due to the increased activity and logistical demands surrounding the professional football championship game in New Orleans, there may be impact to delivery of mail and packages. USPS.COM

What's the catch? There is always a catch...
The catch is now they’ve got you to download their app.
These things were always broadcast for “free” anyway… The idea is to get your eyeballs in front of the ads. That’s where all the money comes from. Super Bowl is not pay-per-view.
