i've been running sierra on my 2016 macbook since the first public betas, and it's been great (and seems fine in 10.12.1)...

i installed sierra the day i got the macbook, so impossible to say. i also have a macbook pro, and, on that machine, sierra seems, maybe... a little faster, more stable. or at least, as fast, stable...

I'd say it's the same or slightly faster - I haven't noticed anything slowing down but I haven't noticed anything being hugely faster either
