Hub or Store?

I'm hoping I get mine. The package is under my father's name (account holder), but the live chat and the forum members here said as long as my last name/address match the package (which they do), then I'm good.

From what I've read online a lot of people working in the hubs don't even ask for ID.
 
Is this normal to see after changing to pick up at the hub? Nothing has changed and I still can't edit it if I wanted to.

Nope, same here.

Everything should be fine. If there's no updates by tomorrow morning then I would start to be concerned, but looks good so far since it's Next Day Air package. Only has to go from Apple warehouse to UPS hub.

Mine has been at Apple distro center in Rialto, CA all week.

My package is being delivered to the UPS hub CC. You need to call ups! Do it while it's still in transit before it's too late.

On my package details it shows home but they said it wouldn't update in the system until it arrives in the hub anyways

Mine is the exact same as yours. Says there is a request for it to be held at the service center. I just spoke on live chat again and she said it is scheduled to be there tomorrow.
 
Why won't my choice let me reschedule for pickup? If I call them will it help ? My id address doesn't match I can just bring mail right ? I haven't had a problem for last 2 launches . I registered my new address. Advice ?

I think that it has to be scanned through to update the request first.

You should be able to do that online. If you can't just call them.
