I am in your same boat and not sure if youve checked but they already hit the refurb store, snatched one for $349

I am saving all the money I can for the upcoming iMac this 2 will hold me off for now, plus its lighter and thinner soa side from the screen that's a plus IMO

There's none in the Canadian store, I thought USA and Canada refurbish store were the same, guess not as the US store has them.

Facetime camera

1) Facetime camera is a concern which is struck at VGA, great for Skype if it is FaceTime HD. Actually I prefer to have better camera in the front than in the back. How often you are going to shoot a still using the back camera compared to using the front camera for Skype/Facetime???
2) Weight added 50 grams

AND AND

3) controlling the temptation to buy the iPad 3

Everything else is just fine. (and back of my mind i am keep saying what happens if they bring the retinal display to MacBook Air and 128GB SSD and 8GB RAM)

Why not just say you don't have the disposable income to upgrade your iPad 2. Its a lot easier that way.

Launch day iPad 2 owner...Cannot see needing anymore in a tablet than what I am getting with my iPad 2. All I do is browse the web and play an occasional game. Quad core means nothing to me with my usage. Better screen would be cool, but iP2 screen is fine...

Count me as a very happy iPad2 owner as well. No upgrades here, actually my husband just ordered his own refurb 32gb iPad2. I bought mine launch day and there's nothing in the new iPad that entices me enough to move up. Maybe next year I'll be ready for the new new iPad.

Isn't it great that we can all love our various iPads and be excited for those that are getting their own whether new model or older?
