Put the phone on a hard, flat surface. Lay a thin towel over the phone. Place a large heavy flat book on top of the phone, screen up. Put even pressure on the book until the phone is bent back into shape. Problem solved.

That won't work. The aluminum is bent past the elastic limit. By bending it back you're probably weakening the aluminum.

Android phones don't have this problem. They make them so big that they don't fit in pockets anymore. Apple will follow suit in the next few years, so bent phones will never be a problem again.
