Put the phone on a hard, flat surface. Lay a thin towel over the phone. Place a large heavy flat book on top of the phone, screen up. Put even pressure on the book until the phone is bent back into shape. Problem solved.

That won't work. The aluminum is bent past the elastic limit. By bending it back you're probably weakening the aluminum.

The second iPhone I opened at the Apple Store was bent out of the box, the employees couldn't believe it... So we're saying that a Chinese manufacturer sat on it?
 
How the hell can people bend their phone?! I couldn't do that if I tired, at least not without breaking it lol.
 
Lay it on a flat floor, and hit ten times with a sledgehammer*
