You might try using a black sharpie on the inside of the opening for the flash. It shouldn't look too bad and may prevent the light from passing through to the lens. Good job!

Nice job bro! It looks really well done. In fact, I used to hate the white iPhone but now I think I might consider it for my next iPhone if it is available at launch (currently trucking a 3GS). I'll have to see though, because I'd rather see it in person first but if I get too impulsive and end up preordering the iPhone, I might just go with black.
