What's the difference between the Neo Hybrid and the Neo Hybrid EX? Is it just the clear back? Do you have any opinion on the EX?

Red does look pretty good though.

I just ordered this from Amazon, says ships 9/30. Total was $21.98 with expedited shipping.

I wondered that as well...but, if it's a solid clear back, where is the cutout for the camera and flash? Plus, the Spigen webpage for the EX refers to it in the description as a bumper. I dunno. I'm not interested in a just a bumper so I've ordered an Ultra Hybrid and a Neo Hybrid to check out as well as one of their GLAS.t SERIES screen protectors (great price of $24.99 on their Ebay site).

It is a bumper. You can also find it for under $20 on Amazon.

I just ordered the Neo Hybrid EX and it DOES NOT have a clear back from what i can tell only the cheesy logo on the bottom right

Does the Metal Slate have a bluish tint? If so, I want it!

I just received my Neo Hybrid EX in Space Grey, I'll post pics later tonight.

Can anyone confirm if that textured back feels like it looks? My work laptop touchpad has a similar looking texture to it, and I hate the way it feels.

I had the Spigen Neo Hybrid for my Space Gray 5S and loved how it looked. The case was actually very supportive and protective and had a shock absorbent inner design.

This is the case, though I got it with a slate colored bumper in lieu of the white one pictured below:

Have you guys found any thing similar or possibly even slimmer? I would love to be able to carry the naked iPhone in my pocket, but let's face it, that **** makes a nasty sound hitting concrete without a case on it.

Try Applecare+. It's the best case money can buy.

Oh boy i feel like im wrong with there not being a clear back now... thanks in advance for posting the pics

The EX is the one without any back or anything else, it's just a frame, just a bumper like the original iPhone 3G had. I've been using bumpers for 6 years on my 3G and 4 and 5 and never had a scratch issue, ever.

The bumper becomes necessary with the 6 because the camera protrudes. Spigen makes the best bumpers, bar none, and the new EX is fabulous.

Something to know: If you have a Space Grey iPhone 6 you want the Gunmetal color on the Spigen site as it is a spot-on match.

Photos coming soon.

Good to know

Same here, it's incredibly thin. I love it, but you think maybe it's too thin? to offer any real protection at all, I mean.

Plus it, they only have an iPhone 6 case, oddly enough. No sign of a Plus version.

I never use a case. But for some reason I'm compelled to buy one this time around for the simple fact that it's so thin, and having a case prob won't make it feel as bulky as the other iPhones felt. As long as the phone stays protected from dings and scratches which any kind of covering protects against that, than I'm sold.

Saw that but it turns the iPhone 6 from 6.9mm to 8.5mm. Not that thin. Shumuri.com's is 7.2mm
If it's too thin, the protruding camera would still protrude. That's why I actually want some lift in the back. 8.5mm minus 6.9mm equals 1.6mm. The front lip is 0.3mm which leaves just over 1.3mm for the back camera. I just hope the 1.3mm is enough to completely cover the camera.

Anyone know if The Metal Slate color is dark blue or gray for Spigen cases? I can't tell.

None of the cases being pictured on this thread are ultra slim. Ultra slim in my mind is a case like the Caudabe Veil. I emailed them today and they said 6 and 6 Plus cases are coming soon so that's what I'm holding out for. Hopefully they're released on the 19th so I can just pick one up off of Amazon and not have to go too long without a case.
