Yes, every price point, which means low prices as well, which means budget or for every budget one.
I’m not sure what your end game is. First you say that the iPhone X isn’t expensive at all, that anyone in Europe should be able to afford it. Then you say that there aren’t enough “budget iPhones.”

Yes. I hope you read the second post as well.

Instead of eating out a ton and the savings really add up. Plus, I have a jar on my desk, every time I get any loose change I put it directly into the jar. You'd be surprised how much it stacks up when you put it all in one spot, this year I had around $300 in change which was really nice.

Quote me where i say the X isn't expensive.

I’m doing the installment plan through AT&T. I guess I could buy it outright, but I like keeping cash in the bank in case of an emergency, my savings is my safety net. I save for things like gifts and tech stuff, but I like keeping the money if I’m given the opportunity to pay installments with 0% interest. If something ever were to happen and I lost my job, I could just pay off what I owe or sell the things I don’t need and pay off my installments and I would still have cash in the bank to support myself for a good while until I get a new job.

Exactly!!! Thing is you know when the phone drops bro, every year between sept Oct so however you get paid divide the number of paydays into what it cost and get a cool interest bearing savings acct and make a lil extra
Where is a good savings account?

how can you all afford the iPhone 10? Do you have upgrades or what? I’m in my contract for another year and have the SE. I would love the 10 but my mother said no.

iPhones and quite a few Android phones are pure luxury items and the absolute BEST of the best that money can buy, meaning, if you buy an iPhone 7/8/X or a Samsung S7/S8/Note 8, Pixel/Pixel 2 (and so on) then you are defacto buying the most high-end phones that exist in this world today. What does that mean? It means it's not a necessity in the same way a Mercedes/Jaguar/Porsche/Lamborghini/Tesla are absolute luxury items that nobody in this world ever needs.

You say you're working twice a week. If you have this desire/want for a luxury item, then the sensible way to satisfy this desire on your own is by either squeezing in some extra hours every week and putting that extra income aside for savings. At some point you'll then have enough money set aside to buy yourself the product you want.

Do you have your own computer? Do you have access to the internet at all times? Is there any type of work you think you could manage to do from home? Is there anything you like doing? E.g. do you like to cook or bake or write, perhaps play computer games, write, paint, sketch, decorate, build stuff? Anything? Perhaps start a small YouTube channel or create a blog.

Do you have old stuff you don't need anymore? How about a yard sale? Or you could sell some of your old stuff on eBay.

Do you have neighbours that own a property and need help with the garden? Maybe you could assist an elderly person with some task that he/she wants help with.

There are plenty of ways you could earn yourself that extra money.

Definitely check out YouTube for some videos on how to earn some extra cash on the side. There are a gazillion of videos out there, many rubbish, and quite a few very useful ones.

I’m a REALTOR®️, and do very well. So, not only can I afford what I want to buy, it’s also a write off for my business 😉

Worked hard to get where I am today.. nice not having to really worry about money 🙂

wtf is a realtor? It’s a term for someone who owns real estate?

I’m paying £999 for the phone. My monthly salary is ~ £3300+.

I save around 2k each month, so I can save 1k in a given month

I save any loose change and dollar bills I get, (all goes into a 5 gallon Crystal Springs water container) along with putting away 20% of each paycheck for goals, emergencies and savings.
