I always have my shipping option to be held at a FedEx location near me until I can go there and pick it up.
Very smart thing to do, but sometimes they don't allow it.
Having mine shipped to me at work, no way to miss it that way.
128GB, Cellular, iPad Air 2. I think it may stay "preparing for shipment" for a while because of the weekend. It just means they engraved it I guess because I can no longer cancel order. It's funny because my delivery date range seems to be later than anyone (10/29-10/31). I don't want it delivered on Halloween! I'd have to leave work early to make sure I get home in time else a trick-or-treater might step on the box...

I have my signature on file so they always just leave it. But you have to judge whether you think that would be safe for your situation. A year ago I left a note to have my phone left between my screen door and regular door in the back of my house. Well, I just about had a heart attack when it wasn't there. I have two back doors (one of which I don't use). That's where it ended up being - on the far side of the house.
Tim Cook knows a visionary when he sees one. It's no biggie. I'm surprised you didn't order yours through him as well.

When it gets ready to ship, there is a signature release form that's left where they can get to it, and they'll leave your package where you want. Even at a neighbors house.

Refurb 64GB with cellular are going for like $530 on Apples website so I'm curious to know how you got someone to buy your iPad for so much. I have a 64GB Space Grey Air with AT&T cellular and like 5 cases and it's in perfect condition. Not selling and it's sitting at $500.

I work in a closed environment with limited access to shops and online retailers. I put it up for sale and it was sold within two hours. I probably could have got more for it, but I'm glad it was an easy sale. It was in excellent condition with no scratches or dents and I always keep the original box and packaging etc.

I hope it is recyclable plastic. Has your cards been charged yet or any type of hold? I just want to be sure bank does not think its fraud again (they did with my iPhone 6 order) and block it.
