When will my iPad Air 2 ship?
I ordered an iPad Air 2 Friday afternoon. It's supposed to arrive this Friday, but the Apple Store update page says it's still stuck on "Processing Items". Could I still get it by Friday?

My dad ordered a Space Gray 128 GB iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi on 10/17, and it just shipped today, with UPS Ground.
Prior to today, the Apple order status page indicated a 10/25-10/27 delivery. I think it will be sooner, sometime this week.
Neither Apple nor UPS have actually posted a delivery date for him yet.
We're in Colorado.

Interesting. The UK version is supposed to ship with an Apple SIM. Hopefully this confirms that there isn't an Apple SIM-related delay.
Just received my shipment Notification. It's says I will receive it on 23 October. I Ordered the Space Gray iPad Air 2 128GB WiFi. Shipping to California. Ordered on October 17th around 10:30am PT.
Mine says shipped but UPS has no delivery date yet.
64GB Space gray.
UPS Says :
A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.

Nope, still refreshing the page like crazy over here. Purchased a iPad Air 2 16GB Gold Wifi + Cellular shipping to NYC on the 17th and still processing. I received the case already though. x.x
There could be an issue with one of the US carriers. Or maybe Verizon is jumping on board at the last minute?
If thats the reason, then it might take more than a week to apply the carrier to all Apple Sims :/
I can't imagine that they couldn't re-program the SIM remotely. They did say that "carriers are subject to change," implying that carriers could remove themselves from the list of Apple SIM carriers.
My assumption, based on the fact that they've said more carriers could sign up later on, is that adding carriers is something the can do w/o making physical changes to the SIMs. So it could be they just want to get everything in place before people start receiving devices and signing up for plans.
I'm seriously like 10 minutes from the Rialto address that showed up on someone's Fedex Delivery Manager. Considering driving over just for giggles...
I think my 128GB Gold WiFi + Cellular has started shipping, though Apple still shows it as processing...
Early today, I used UPS to search for tracking based on reference - my phone number. I found only the case shipment - arriving tomorrow.
Just now, I did the same search, and it claims I have two packages - the one tracking number is the case (still scheduled for tomorrow), and the second has no information other than the data collected... Here's hoping it is the iPad....
