does anyone have staining issue with the clear iskin solo that came with the duet deal?

Just out of curiosity, how would one get staining from a clear case???😕


It is the pigment of the colored cases that is causing the staining. 🙂

Well you know how people have been complaining that the white iskin gets dirty or stained (on the case it self, not the phone)... I was wondering if the clear iskin's rubber gets a little yellowish over time?

No, iskin doesnt have the solo/fx in clear. they do have a white version of the solo..

There actually is a clear version available. It inexplicably is only sold as the Duet with a revoclip, but it is available through iSkin's resellers. Not clear why iSkin themselves no longer markets it.

I've had my solo case since the 3GS came out, and I love it. I just got a second one as well, and wanted to post photos in case anyone is curious how the purple and blue look over a white iPhone. I had a hard time figuring out how it would look before I bought it - iSkin has a nice gallery, but especially in the case of the purple, a white iPhone makes it TOTALLY different. I didn't mind it exactly, but I didn't know it would be such a change, which is why I thought I'd pass the word around. Here's the blue, which I also love:



(not sure I love the mirrored screen protector, but I thought I'd try it out)

My hope is that this may help at least someone's purchasing decisions. 😛

Oh, and sou1 so1di3r: I love those photos of your smoke knock-off case too. Probably also a bad choice on a white iPhone, but very nice on yours!
