I'm still a young ambitious upstart, leave me be. I haven't developed the patience yet, gramps.
So what happens when you have a 6+ for a couple years, per your logic everyone will be upgrading their phones to an iPad Mini because no one would want a marginal increase. It's a hard sell, I'd like a 6+ but just going around with a cardboard cutout for a while made the thing seem impractical.

This is a ridiculous example. You aren't carrying around a TV bro, much less having it in your pockets.
Let's keep things real. We both know an iPad will never have the potability of a 6+. A 6+ is still portable for phone use. I mean, It's still a phone we're talking about; an iPad isn't categorized as a phone. There will also be a threshold on what people expect and want from a size of a phone. If the demand gets to the point where people want a phone the size of an iPad, then I'm confident, Apple will place a phone chip in the iPad mini and iPad Air to cater to that market.

6+ = best phone buy way too big. I feel like it might conflict with my fashion choices. I got big hands so using it isn't the problem, it's when I'm not using it is the problem.
6 = I feel like I might regret not getting the 6 plus if I get this one... but the 6+ again may be too ***** big...

Yeah, upgrade to a larger screen in Q1 2015Get the 4.7". Then go to an apple store and play with the 5.5 ". If you then prefer the 5.5 just return the 4.7 and get the larger one. You have 2 weeks to return the phone and upgrade to the larger screen.
6+ for me. I feel like if I get the 6, I will regret it. Lol.
Get the 6+. it's like buying a big screen TV. Remember how much you regretted not getting the larger screen. Same applies to the 6. If you have a 5/5S, it's a marginal increase to the 6, but the 6+ will make a huge difference which you will enjoy. I'm getting the 6+. Will not regret it even though I haven't seen it. Now you can thank me tomorrow, so you can sleep well tonight.

When I bought my 55" tv a few years ago, I thought the size was way too big for my living room. Now I want a 70" screen.

Exactly! Your post helped push me over the edge to get the 6+. I've been going back and forth in my mind, but this made it final for me. I remember buying my 52" TV and getting it home and mounting it on the wall. The first thought I had was, "damn, I should have got the 60". Then, last year I finally got a 70" after debating 70" or 80" and, even though I love it, I wish I would have got the 80".
I'm not making the same mistake with the iPhone because I know I will always think in the back of my mind that I should have got the larger one. So, all that being said, 6+ for me without a doubt! 64GB, Space gray.![]()
I just went to Best Buy and handled various Samsung Note models. None seemed too unweildy. The iPhone is thinner than all of them. I think I will go with the 5.5

I was in the same dilemma early on then thought why cut myself short? If you start small, you'll never know what you're missing. But if you start big and see that it's not something you want to handle, you can always go small.
