I loved my iblason for 6 days... It was the perfect compliment to my black smart cover. Then I noticed a cracked corner... I took it off to inspect it and after putting it back on, I now have another cracked corner... Top right and bottom left. The corners look almost brittle.. The left top corner now has tiny stress cracks.
This is my 1st iPad. I treat it like gold. I have the Targus A7 case that I keep it in when it 's not in use, or traveling with me..and I usually set it on that case when it is in use and I put it down for a minute.
After posting an unfavorable review on amazon, I got a comment to contact iblason for a replacement of my defective product... Which I did right away. I haven't received a reply to that, and I am not sure I will...
The shipping of my product was pretty quick. I had it in less than a week after I placed my order. So I will give them the opportunity to make things right.
Hopefully they come through and I just got a dud.
I do like everything about it. Except the cracks of course...

I have to give credit to iBlason for stepping up and trying to make this right... I was contacted almost as soon as my review was written, and then on the first business day I was notified that a replacement was sent out. along with its tracking number.
I'm hopeful the corner issues have been addressed and corrected. I would like to give this product 5 stars!

If I were rating iBlason I would give them all 5 stars... Their communication is prompt, the shipping of my original order was fast as well.. It came within a week. And the fact that they are reaching out to customers with quality issues speaks volumes.

Ditto! Within minutes of me contacting iBlason with these problems I had an email and tracking number from them that they had shipped out a replacement case. Great customer service, although I would have preferred the case not cracking in the first place!
 
iBlason Black Frost w/ two 1" diameter EMI absorbers

The absorbers allow the magnet in the smart cover to grasp onto something when folded back.

Got my strips and trimmed them a bit, cut down the length and width a bit and rounded the edges a bit, works like a charm!
