Safari

Interestingly the words "iCloud Keychain" are still in the wording of whether or not I wanted to save my iOS safari password

Multi-device password manager

I'm kind of surprised that Apple isn't already on this, considering so many companies are making an in on this market. I've tried a few managers, but my favorite by far is PasswordBox. Available for all my devices, offers auto-sync, wallet features and logs me in to my accounts lightning fast. Apple's version would have to come in solid gold to get me to change at this point.

At first I was like  removed??
Then I was like  when I read it is due to Mavericks not being out yet.
Then I was like :) when I see the feature is still coming soon
And then like  when I realized Mavericks is only a couple of months away!!

Yeah me too. I actually never got my MBP (2010) past Lion. Way to go Liz. Procrastination works. I was never sure the machine was going to like running Mountain Lion and failed to pursue more information, so it's still on Lion (with updates). Oh well, nothing like an excuse to get an MBP running Mavericks when it comes out. Nothing like dodging a major system upgrade altogether :D

Somehow the laptop-with-Mavericks option did not occur to me when I upgraded my phone this morning. Budget crunch, coming up!

No Thanks.

They need more time to put the NSA backdoor in.

I never planned on using it anyway just because of the recent developments about the NSA. They're still going to snoop but why should I make it any easier for them?

There may not be any reference in the settings but when I just logged into a website, I was asked if I wanted to store the info in my iCloud Keychain. I am running the GM.

I am wondering about this also, but have not had this message come up yet.

If you go to Settings>Safari>Passwords & AutoFill> scroll down and you can add credit cards:confused:...is this new or am I a dimwit for missing it before? ...Isn't this part of iCloud Keychain?

I wouldn't have wanted to use this before Apple's new Activation Lockout feature anyway.

This appears to be in the release.. at least I have the same fields in the original image in my "Passwords & Autofill" settings in Safari.

EDIT: Nevermind, it stores them locally but no "Keychain" under iCloud to sync.
