If an app uploads a file to iCloud, will the iCloud app appear on your iPad? Specifically I was using th4 PDF Expert, and it made iCloud appear. At first I thought it downloaded it without my permission, but apparently the iCloud app is normally just hidden. I just wanted to check that this is the case and that this is normal. Thanks!
