IF a 4 inch iPhone 6s becomes a reality, what size would you go with?

IF we were given three sizes to choose from, which would you get?

Still liking the 6 Plus. Took me a while to get used to it, but rather addicted now . . .

Yep... when I first saw the 6+ in the store, I was all like, "holy dang that phone is huge! I'll take just a 6." But, now having used the 6+ for awhile, I'm so used to it; the size just seems normal to me now.

Definitely the 6s mini. Had a note 3 - size was obnoxious. Tried a Moto X (1st gen) that was great size-wise, but I still wasn't a fan of android.

After about two months of kicking myself, I got a 5C and love it. Fits in my pockets, my cars cup holders and does everything I need it to. If I need a big screen, it'll be on a laptop / iPad, an extra inch or two doesn't make enough difference with the trade-offs of carrying it around.

Debating getting a 32GB 5S while Apple still sells them.

Probably still the plus... I couldn't get rid of the 4" fast enough.

I also doubt we will see the battery life of the 6, let alone the 6 plus, in a 4" model.

I like the 6+ but you just can't fit it comfortably in your pockets especially with fitted pants. Right now I'm very indecisive between the two sizes.
I want the specs of the 6+ on the 6...

I really don't like when people use the term 'the perfect size'. 'Perfect size' is something that is completely subjective to the person using it. Obviously the 6+ is not the 'perfect size' for my 4'9'' aunt.

I agree that the 4 inch phone needs to stick around. Sure a nicer screen gives you the ability to view more content, to have less eye strain, etc., but some people really just don't have a desire for these things and Apple would be ignoring such a large portion of the market that desires these 4'' phones.

Apple has 'laser focus' on their product line, which means they don't like supporting so many different variations of products. This is unfortunate for people desiring 4'' phones because history would tell you they're not coming back. I just think a 4'' phone makes too much sense for Apple to ignore, however, and while it may even be 2016 when it occurs, I think we'll be seeing the 4'' phone once again from Apple. Even if it is a budget model or something along those lines.

Me personally, I enjoy the size of the 6 and I'm torn between keeping it or even getting a 6+ for the extra real estate and battery life. I can realistically see myself getting any of the 3 next go round, so it'll be interesting to see where I stand in a few months time.

I did use the iPhone 6 Plus for a two weeks and it I'd great! If I were to upgrade; it would go with the Plus size. It seem big at first and then you get use to it! It was very hard to go back to my current 5C which seems so miniature now.

im in the 4" camp.... wanna be able to text while holding the baby lol...

but if they do a 4.7 with super reduced bezels, then i'd probably go for that

6 Plus. No way I'd go back to the dinky 4 inch Barbi phone. That size was WAY too small for iOS from the very outset. The Plus is finally big enough for the OS. If anything it could be even a little bigger. I'd buy a 5.7 or 6 inch iPhone in a heartbeat.

I'd still go with the 6 plus. The iPhone 5S was too small which is one of the main reasons why I had to sell it. The 6 plus is perfect.

Not that I am even interested in getting a 6S but if I were it would be the 4.7" option like the iPhone 6 I have now. The 5.5" is far too big and the 4" would be very difficult to adjust back to now. I would be the middle man and find the sweet spot.

The Plus size 5.5" and up for me all the way now. It just fits into my lifestyle, usage, and needs so much better than the smaller iPhones did.

Not that I'll upgrade next year anyway, as I usually keep my phones for two years / the duration of my contract. My girlfriend does the same, but she's on the S-cycle so there most likely will be a 6S Plus arriving at my doorstep next year. It just won't be mine.

I will admit that there are times every now and then that i wish i had my 5S still instead of my 6+. My problem is i just don't know what to do with it sometimes. I can't keep it in my pants pocket sometimes because i have a couple pairs of jeans with super shallow pockets. So then what? i carry it around in my hand?

Even if i wanted to go back to the smaller form factor, the battery life on the 6+ has spoiled me. They would have to make leaps and bounds in the battery technology department for me to entertain the idea.

4" for me - it should be easily usable with one hand and have the smallest possible footprint to fit into any pockets.

i'm still happy with he size of my 3.5" iphone 4 and i got an ipad in my manbag for all my bigscreen needs.

Specs trump screen size for me.

For example. If the iPhone 6 came with a 1080p screen and OIS I would have bought a 6.

Same applies for a future update. If the smaller devices lack features that the larger device has I'll opt for the large device even though I'd probably prefer the 4.7" model.

i could live with a phone the size of the 5s or 6. I'll have to see what Apple releases.

Having had the 6+ for five or six weeks now, I do think that it's too big and heavy. The iPhone 6 would be too small for me though, and I have been spoiled with the battery life of my Plus.
The optimum size for me would be a 5 - 5.2" screen with slimmed down bezels, and the battery life of a 6+.

A year ago I would say that I want a 4" iPhone. Now and after having owned a HTC One M8 (5"), an iPhone 6 (4,7") and now owning an iPhone 6 Plus, I am pretty sure I will always go for the biggest phone.

I have no plans to upgrade from my 6 so soon, buy hypothetically speaking, my only decision would be between the 4.7 and 5.5, most likely going for the former once again.

I was never one of those who complained about a 4" display or demanded a larger one, but after 2 months with my iPhone 6 I could never go back to a smaller screen. In fact, even after 2 days the size of the 6 felt "normal" and my old 5s felt very small for a smartphone.

It's really interesting how much the attitude has changed regarding the 6 Plus, myself included, since launch. I purchased the 6 and never thought I would like the larger phone but recently got the Plus and I really like it. I still think the regular 6 is a more practical size all around but I think I'll stick with the larger Plus from here on out.
