Sure, lets just throw out affirmations just like that.... :roll eyes:

I have a laptop and an iPad and still have a 6 Plus.

Geeze some of you wont let it go. If we are playing this game. I have an 2 iPads, 1 mini. 2 retina laptops, iPhone 6.

Every device has its place. I really want the 17 inch MacBook back.

If you had to do it over would you get an IPhone 6 or IPhone 6 plus?

I preordered the 6 Plus and then thought to myself on the release date that I was really stupid because every other time I've tried to get an iPhone on release day I've gotten one. I went to the Verizon store near me and they only had the 6 in stock. I said what the hell I'll get it. Once I got it I realized it was just the right size. I actually touched a 6 plus for the first time today and it's just TOO BIG. That combined with bendgate I am very happy that I got the 6.

Maybe if I didn't have an iPad and the bending thing wasn't going on I might want one instead.

I wouldn't change a thing. Sixty-four GB iPhone 6 in Space Gray. Just the right sized screen and form factor. There is no doubt a market for the Plus, but I have an iPad Air, so I wasn't looking for a phablet, just a smartphone.

I would choose the 6 Plus again as well. The first two days were a learning curve definitely. I even thought that I was going to return it and get a 6. But I used the 6 Plus through Tuesday and then played with a friends 6 and realized I made the right decision for myself.

4.7 reigns supreme for a couple reasons (size) but the 6+ has a place in the system as well.

And the 6+ has the better battery, size (IMO), resolution, and camera system. So tell me how the 6 is better? Size? That's nothing more than an opinion. You say the 6 is better b/c of the size and it's the size of the 6 that caused me to not get it. It was too small. The 6 and 6+ are both great offerings from Apple. But this idea that the 6+ is just some bad idea and the 6 is the perfect phone for the majority is pretty laughable. Like it or not, the 6+ is selling and its selling damn well.

People on here don't take to kindly to some random person trying to speak for them. You claim that the 6+ is too big for 90% of people and having a laptop and the 6+ is overkill. With all due respect, who in the hell are you to say that? There are people who have Galaxy Notes and the Tab S. Nothing wrong with that. I have 6+ and laptop. Don't plan on giving up either one.

Saying that the Plus is useless if you have an iPad and/or laptop is a spurious argument. I don't bring my tablet and laptop with me everywhere I go. I do bring my phone with me everywhere I go. For places that it's impractical to pull out and use a tablet or laptop, I can use my phone. You can argue that 5.5" is too impractical for a phone (which the proliferation of large screen phones on the market and the high demand for the 6+ seems to disprove), but it is still a phone and as such can be used in situations where a tablet or laptop would be impractical.

Also, different people react differently to these phones. I think the 5S is tiny. The 6 is still too small. The 6+ is a great size for me. It amazes me how much antagonism there's been towards the 6+. Some of it is from people who got a 6+ and regretted it, and that's a little understandable. But a lot of it is from people who haven't even touched a 6+, and that makes no sense to me.

Got the 128 GB 6 in silver on Monday, I'd do it again.

The 6+ is great for those who like that size, I'm not among them. Looked at them both in store before making my reservation.

I'm on the fence still. I currently have the + and need to run it through its paces. I'm a pretty active person these days (gym, hiking, etc) and I always carried my iPhone 5s with me. I am unsure I can do the same with the +

I would have gotten the 6 tbh.

Luckily I was able to sell the 6+ for off contract pricing to someone which will allow me to buy an unlocked 6. Win win. I sell my phone, another person gets the phone for at cost instead of some outrageous amount of 1500.

I would probably have voted for Romney.

I DID vote for Romney...but you can't stop a loaded train, can you?

On topic though, I'd still pick the 6 over the 6+.

I'm not so glad I bought the 128gb version because there were still some of those available at my VZW store on launch night, and I couldn't wait, but that's no biggie.

I have smallish hands for a guy, and tend to navigate a lot one handed. No matter how I tried, I couldn't get comfy with that on the 6+. Amazingly beautiful screen, and a work of art...but I'd have regretted it. So...to each their own!

6+. My only regret was going through ATT to pre-order. Then I came to my senses and ordered through Apple.

I'd still get a 6 Plus. There's no way to know if it would have worked for me or not if I had just gotten the 6.

Iphone 6

Plus is too big for 90% of people. If you have a laptop and an iPad it is overkill.

I got the iPhone 6 and don't regret.

I love how people just throw out a number and post it as fact. Lets see I just made that number up.. but it sounds about right too me... FACT! I hope the media doesn't see that it will be all over the news.

Preordered the 6 Plus but ended up reserving one and buying it in store. If I had to do it all again? Probably wouldn't bother preordering and would just reserve one the day after launch.

Definitely would still get the Plus, though.

6 Plus everytime.

Once apps are updated for the 6 Plus and Devs start taking advantage of the screen real estate, watch out!

This is exactly why I went with the plus. The minor tweaks apple included were enough to make it worth it for me. When devs start digging in and creating apps specific to the plus, it's going to get even better.

Who gave this guy a thread license. Oh wait, you don't need one to start one.

Nope. I wanted the 6. Wife wanted the 6+. It got me thinking what if I became jealous of my wife's 6+. So, if we have the same size, it wouldn't matter. Thus, I went with the 6+ and thank goodness I did. Love the large size. Haven't had to use my tablets since.

Still the same, I'd get the 6. Went to Best Buy and fondled the plus, it's nice but too big for my everyday phone use. Eventually I'll get an ipad (haven't had one yet).

5S --> 6 = small upgrade
5S --> 6+ = HUGE

This was my reason for going with the plus, I wanted a completely new experience with my phone. The size will definitely take some getting used to, but I couldn't be happier with my decision.
