If you have ipad 3 why would you buy ipad mini??

Your question is a week premature. I don't know enough about it to make any decisions. I will wait and see, pick one up to get a feel for size and see what the benefits are. As of now, I think having a new iPod touch, along with my iPad 3 will be a good match. Time will tell.

You should get your Ipad checked out. It takes about six hours for mine to fully charge from 10%

Use a laptop then I don't think my dad's iPad takes 27.8 hours to charge. He usually plugs it in overnight.

if a person does not have a 'mothership' computer at home (macbook pro, iMac) and only uses an iPad, then the Mini would be useful for these types of consumer.

I use my iPhone when out and about now, not the iPad, so it wouldn't be of use to me.

The Mini will be perfect for people who do traveling and have not yet purchased an iPad.
