I’m interested in their air quality monitor
I have their Vindstyrka model. Apparently the Alpstuga will be more accurate for particulate detection; mine is +-10%, but it's good enough for eyeballing because the on-screen display just rates it 1.0-5.0, with 1.x being best. To actually read the measurement I'd need a hub and their app. This model uses Zigbee, but the Alpstuga will add Thread support to that.

I looked around and got the current model because it was about half the price of the budget Aqara model at the time; you may want to compare with Aqara's lineup when Ikea finally releases the update to see how they compare. If you don't need Thread, though, the current model may get a nice discount before it disappears.

One more thing: Ikea touts the ability to connect the air quality sensor to their Starkvind air purifier to automatically activate, but those are for small rooms (215 sq. feet?). When I was in Ikea last week I didn't even see replacement filters on display by the air purifiers, either, though they look available on the website. So don't be enticed by that.

Yeah, that's one of my biggest annoyances. If a bulb goes out, I don't want to go all the way to an Ikea just to pick up one bulb.
So buy smart sockets or light switches instead and just use 'dumb' LED bulbs from your favorite supplier. Won't have to re-pair every time you swap a bulb, and (maybe) there's very slightly less e-waste in the trash each time, too, since you're not discarding a wireless controller. Though with how long LED bulbs usually last, that may be only once a decade either way.

I have no smart things, so it's more that I can get a reasonably priced air quality detector with CO2 sensor.

I have the Vindstyrka too and the particulate counter is displaying concentration and I have seen it go up to 10 before. Since it goes down when I run my air purifier, I assume it's accurate enough.

Saw that IKEA had opened a smaller store in the central of my city - an 'Order and Pickup’ store -where you can get advises etc from employees, and order and buy what they have in store as well.
It seems they are opening these types of smaller stores worldwide as well.

Will visit and check it out later on.
