Good to have you back. I'm happy that you had a great time. :) Now get to work you lazy bastard ;)

Thanks for the warm welcome back! ;) And it's Sunday, so I'm not working today - it's my day of rest. :p Don't worry though, come tomorrow and my first busy day back at work, I'm sure I won't be on the Forums at all... :D

Welcome back, ~Shard~. I'm glad you two had a great time. Looking forward to seeing some photos.

Shucks, I never get to go anywhere fun.

Dr. Q, so you admit your photos were fake? I knew it.

Welcome back, ~Shard~.

Yes yes, patience my dear, I only got home yesterday! ;) Once the photos are loaded in iPhoto I will begin sorting through them and getting them posted online. Hopefully I'll have a link for ya in the next couple of days!

Nah, they were fine - it was those nasty sea turtles you have to watch out for though... lightning quick and ruthless, I tell ya... :D

Welcome back and congratulation on your marrige.

So how is it coming back to the cold snows? ;)

Not as bad as it could have been - I was expecting -20 Celsius or something, but it's nowhere near that cold... yet....

Welcome back buddy, nice to hear that the travels went well and good, and the time spent was entertaining. I'm looking forward to pictures when you get the time, but due to the purpose of your trip....I'll give you a little extra slack on getting them up ;)

Nice to have you back.

Thanks efoto, I appreciate it! As I said, pictures will be up soon - I'm going to start working on them tonight actually. :)

LOL. I woke up this morning and it snowed. Yes, in Victoria
No wonder why it felt so cold last night.

Wow, that's a rare occurrance! 2 weeks ago, whe we stopped off in Vancouver for our connecting flight, it was cold and rainy, but no snow!

Well, here you go, at long last! You can find our honeymoon photos right here!

:)
Yay! Thanks!

So far I'm loving #16, 41, 63, 93, 112-114 (I would so not mind having that as my backyard!). Thanks to you and your wife for sharing w/ us. :D

You're welcome guys, glad you're enjoying them! We've never been much for taking photos, as we're all about the experience and don't want to waste too much time behind the camera - plus, there are some things which you simply can't capture in a picture, and if you try, it doesn't do it justice. But, when we do take photos we try and make them good shots, and most of all, meaningful.

You said you had a great time, but I didn't know for sure. Now I can **see** that you had a great time.

Best posted shot: Scott the Explorer

Best scenery: Sea Caves

Best "Hawaii Postcard" shot: Windsurfer's Beach 5

Thanks Doctor Q, glad you enjoyed them. :) Yeah, trekking through the wilderness of Kauai was amazing - so natural and untouched. The sea caves surrounding Black Sand Beach were very cool as well. And, with Black Sand Beach being the blackest beach on Earth, I can now say I have been to the blackest beach on Earth and the whitest beach on Earth! Windsurfer's Beach was just amazing too - 25-35 foot waves, one right after the other - I did not want to be out there surfing. ;)

Jeez those bring back memories. Make's me want to pay off the last time and go again even more!

Heh heh - I know how you feel - I just got back and wouldn't mind going again! Seriously, it is a place I'd definitely go back to, but as I've said with all the many places I've traveled around the world, there are too many other places I haven't been yet which I want to see first.

That's the problem with being a globetrotter - once you strike one place of your list, about 5 more get added on - always seems to happen to me.
