I'm sorry but cydia sucks

The Phillipines version? Fan-freaking-tastic. Probably monitoring my every transaction now. I just tried uninstalling it however it prompts me that, by doing so, my stuff might not work. Is there a way to uninstall this version and install the Saurik version without messing up my phone? Thanks.

When I installed Cydia, I just installed from iFile. That installed it over the older version. I would think you could do the same to this .7 version. However, that’s just an opinion, so I’m not totally sure, since I never installed that one.

You might make a new thread and ask whether anyone has gone back to an older version without problems or search through some of the threads on here about updating Cydia?

Well, it worked Reinstalled the US version over top the Philippines version and it's now reading version 1.0.3366-1. Hopefully all is good now. Thanks again.

I read the whole thread (as I always do before posting), regardless of what happen after the OP, your complaint is totally non-sense unless you got an solution or alternative, and when you come up and code a replacement (like the Rock's developer did) for Cydia, them Cydia is the best option.

I have the new Cydia (hopefully not the "philippino" version, have to check, lol) and the once super-annoying Reloading Data, Loading Databases, Reloading Databases, Annoying you Just a Few More seconds messages are now thankfully reduced to a minimum, or they go away faster.

Only mindboggling issue now are the chaotic Sections categories and the amount of crap that fills some of them.
