Great. I look forward to my users losing the dongles to connect to their thunderbolt displays.
I prefer my screen clear of finger prints.i hope for a touch screen too
Unusable keyboards and no function keys, I doubt this works well for real professional users.
Oh and there is quite a few other things... now that I started digging... like dark airpods... In a @3x resolution!

So there is no escape?![]()
Wow. Don't have to go looking for hardware leaks in a pub anymore. Just look through Apple's own software.
Unusable keyboards and no function keys, I doubt this works well for real professional users.
This is actually a deal breaker for me.
If you value typing speed and accuracy it'll be a huge productivity plus, for "professional" and non-professional alike.
You connect it once to the cable and leave it attached. How difficult is that?
it's fake! btw what are u looking fwd to?Been waiting over a year for this. It feels too real.
Umm no, had a rMB for over a month and tried to get used to the keyboard when keying in charts. Gave it to my wife for a facebook machine after my month trial was over. I guess the hipsters are cool with it, but I grew up on Alps keyswitch IBM/Apple keyboards and the current rMB's keyboard is atrocious. No way I'm getting the new rMBP 15 if it has the exact same keyboard as the rMB. Looking forward to firesale 2015 rMBP 15 prices...
The best way to use it
:imap jj <Esc>
Wait, will the lack of an esc break that.. kinda worried now.
The details are very nice.
Can someone explain me where is the on/off button?
Isn't there a need for a physical button?
I'd imagine that magic toolbar would become a toolbar of regular function keys when not on MacOS. It is after all magicalThis is actually a deal breaker for me.
And here it comes again. Can't you all just enjoy the moment?
Do you complain when given a Christmas present that it wasn't what you wanted?
I like the speakers on either side of the keyboard and just hope they knocked at least a half a pound off the current 13" MBP.
I'm a bit skeptical of this new OLED bar.
How many folks look down at their keyboard when doing work? I do a lot of typing and I rarely do.
So Apple brings about a feature where I have to look at my keyboard down from the screen to use something and I can't use muscle memory to hit the ESC key but be afraid that I may hit the *wrong* thing?
I'm not sure how good of an idea this is, will need to use it for a while to see if it's going to increase productivity or just get in the way.
1) That's not a button. You can see the "ESC" button, just that it says "Cancel" which is what escape usually does. The fn button seems to be there at the bottom, so that will do something.
