Images of New MacBook Pro With Magic Toolbar Leaked in macOS Sierra 10.12.1

While they look like great machines, I'm going keep on rocking my Late 2013 13" rMBP. I love that it has:
  • HDMI
  • standard USB ports
  • traditional keyboard
Still, looks like a great upgrade for those who need a new computer or want it!

I, for one, type blindly....it's really hard with the MB keyboard because the keys are so thin, you don't know where they start and end, and them not having any key travel doesn't help, either

Works for me. A huge improvement.

The mechanism is not the problem, it's the atrociously small amount of key travel that makes the rMB keyboard so terrible.

That's what I'm saying. The Magic Keyboard had improved stability, but still retained the travel. I thought for sure they'd use it in the MBP.

App locks up, won't release control of toolbar. Need to force quit. Just select command+option+...wtf, where is esc?

esc is used A LOT. Not have a physical key for that?!? Courageous!

I would have sacrificed tilde for esc, or at least made it half size...or something...gotta have esc!

It's obviously not working for a LOT of people.

Also, if it's so great, why didn't they use it for the Magic Keyboard? Also I recall reading somewhere that the keyboard in the MB was a compromise...well, they really should compromising in a PRO machine at some point...

Your eyes were on the screen with the iPhone ... your analogy is off.

My comment was simple - I rarely look down at my keyboard except to position my hands at the very start. How and why would a touchbar help if I have to take my eyes off the screen where the content is?

With one teeny-tiny difference: I don't have to pay for christmas presents. However, if I spend a LOT of money on something and have to make many compromises, have to make because of lack of alternatives?....how would you feel? For comparison is flawed.

My disappointment is that there is a bezel at all. I was really hoping that Apple would make a machine more like the Dell XPS (but keep the camera at the top of the screen instead of the bottom of the screen).
