impressions of leather case on iPhone 6

I have two leather cases (red/blue) and three silicone cases (white/green/red) and much prefer the feel and fit of the silicone cases. My red leather case doesn't fit quite right, and they're not terribly grippy. The silicone cases feel great in the hand, fit great, and provide more grip than the leather.

No front protection?

Aghhhhhh that sucks. From the pictures it looks like it did.

Both the leather and silicone have a lip that extends ever slightly around the edge of the phone toward the screen, so you could lay it face-down on a flat surface and the screen would not touch.

They seems nice, thin, good fit, feels like real leather, but being open at the bottom means zero protection there when it drops. Also, almost no lip, means not much protection when lying it on its face.

Same here. If you should find something for phone and case please post. Need something when doing landscaping...

For now I just bought a simple neoprene slip case off of ebay for $5, I plan to have a friend sew in a sheet of plastic to protect the screen. Should do the trick for most stuff...
