I ask for a refund...because my service works less than 50% of the time...T
THIS IS THE KIND OF ARROGANT REPLY I GOT FROM IMZDL.....

That is untrue, we can handle the load but Apple doesn't seem to allow us. We are working hard on this. If you read the terms you would know. Access to Siri proxy servers aren't as reliable as many make it seem; therefore, we do not guarantee access to the servers on a 24/7 basis. We cannot guarantee server access because we must perform maintenance, occasionally the servers can crash, and sometimes we cannot get new keys in right away. We will not refund any money because your device cannot connect to our servers 100% of the time. Also understand that the people monitoring the servers are not able to do so all day.

Why are you so mad? It's YOUR fault that you didn't read their "terms and conditions." This is a good lesson for you. Do not pay for a service when you haven't even read the terms and conditions of said service. The only person that is arrogant is you. Acting like you are entitled to a refund.

And at what point did any of you guys sit back and think this was a good idea?

Apple was always going to be one step ahead.

Idiots. I hope you all lose your money for parting with it so easily.

How can you call me an idiot when mine works 99% of the time? Enlighten me please.

I knew that I wouldn't be able to use it 100% of the time. But when it works 0% of the time for me for 3 days, something should be done. I don't understand how it doesn't work for me at all, but other people have basically zero problems.

I really needed to have more patience with this. It's working again for me. But I do still think it's strange that a lot of people had zero problems and I and other people had zero success. I need to let that go.

At first none of the servers worked for me, so I decided to remove Spire. As soon as SiriZone tweeted that servers was back online I reinstalled Spire. I turned off Siri right away, installed the sentinel cert, and input the proxy server settings in Spire. Went back to Siri settings and switched Siri off & on about 3-4 times before finally telling Siri "test Siri proxy" and I was expecting to get an error! Guess what?!?! No issues, my Siri is finally working! Don't give up people I've been trying myself for 1-2 days with no luck until I decided to try again tonight w/ the steps mentioned above.

Who pissed in your cheerios? Apple is usually only ahead for 3 months at most, sometimes less. Siri was released in October, it got ported to the other iPhones in January. And btw, mine works great. So yes, i did sit back and say "this is a good idea, and at $20, what a bargain!"
And i have no regrets. Maybe you should try it yourself.

Because before long, you'll be on here telling people that it's not working.

Siri proxies that use 4S keys are a complete scam. Wise up.

----------

If the service was actually good, it should be install and forget.

It should not need to be maintained all the time.

Tried the steps u mentioned. Mine still doesn't work. It's the 4th day today it's been not working..

Any other options??

Wow, you are incredibly thick. How is this a scam? They've completely stated upfront what to expect and ask "if you still want this, you can pay this fee". And considering the nature of the service, it does need to be maintained all the time. It's not just a "set it and forget" type system they're running. It's gonna have its issues. I signed up over a week ago and, overall, it's been working fine.

Sorry sir, but please look up the definition of a scam. Scammers lie to get your money. These guys have been honest from the get-go about the uptime and that at any moment the service can get disrupted temporarily or permanently. If people still choose to pay, that is their choice.

For those having issues from the day they signed up though, I hope their 1-year starts from the day they get to finally connect at least, or if their issues can't get resolved those people should get a refund. That would be fair and I would be understandably pissed if I forked out the $20 and it *never* worked. As long as the service is available and you've paid, it should work. They shouldn't refund for disruptions on their end but if the service is up and running, yet people can't get it to work, it wouldn't be fair to keep their money if the problem can't be resolved.

However, if the service itself stopped working, I won't complain. I know what they're doing is not going to be liked by Apple and eventually they may be stopped from doing it altogether. Who knows. But I figure, if it can last at least till the iPhone 5 comes out, it'll be enough for me anyway. However, even if their operation was shut down by Apple tomorrow, I still wouldn't bitch and moan about it because I knew what I was getting in to. It was my choice to pay knowing the risks.

How is it a scam? I paid $20 to get access AFTER I read the terms and conditions that basically said they can't/won't guarantee service 100% of the time. You come on hear and state that siri proxies that use 4s keys are scams, well prove it. Where is your data that proves IMZDL's SiriZone is a scam? You can't just state your opinion, that is based on nothing, and try to act like it's a fact. It makes you look very immature.

I'm not sure what you mean by "install and forget." On my end, I have done exactly that. I installed it and set my server to reliever. Sure i have switched servers once or twice to just see if they were running but I have been on reliever since the beginning and I have had a 99% success rate. If you mean "install and forget" on SiriZones end, then I have sympathy for your stupidity.

IMZDL service is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
They took people money....let it work a day or two (to meet their service agreement)...after that...UDID get boot out...then...accept new customer....

the cycle starts again. This is the loop hole around their service agreement!!!

their term indicated that it might not work all the time....BUT that does not release them from working less than 50% of the time.

I filed a complaint with my District Attorney office. I am an attorney and I know $20 is not much....but they are NOT doing the right thing and reveal the proxy work less than 50% for less than 50% of the people

Explain to me why mine still works from day one? I've had it for over a week now.

Or maybe as an attorney, you're just itching to start a frivolous lawsuit?

It sure is ashame that some people are having problems. I wish that the worked for you as well as it does for me.

But I would have to think that I am not the only person that has had at least a 98% up time.

Please try to work with IMDZL and not ruin it for everyone else.

Thank you

You're not an attorney. First off, no DA would accept a case like this. Not worth the trouble or effort. Second, no real attorney would display 5th grade grammar.

UDID doesn't get boot, most people have it working, this is an unofficial hack, you need to do your part, resinstalling the certs, replacing the plist, etc. to make it work once they done their part on the server side, this is not an official software so it needs/required attention from both side.

You're wasting your time. Some people are too thickheaded to understand the concept of an unofficial jailbreak hack. If i were one of the people who work so hard on these hacks, i would be extremely pissed to hear people saying I'm a scammer and i probably wouldn't even want to do it anymore. The iMZDL people work very hard to get these things working and at $20 i almost feel like they're doing me a favor. Sucks they have to deal with people like that.

Good luck with your DA.. LOL
I didn't think this thread could get any worse ...oh boy is that funny.

To add to the thread, mines still working :)
I'm on the sentinel server, though might switch to the UK server later

edit, I think he's downvoting our posts, oh no!

Im sorry but need to jump in here.

For people NOT familiar with the jailbreak community (which is the majority of jailbreakers), these Siri servers are made to sound much more reliable then they are by all of these hosts. They say we don't guarantee 100% uptime, but fail to state that this is an unreliable non-official hack that may not always work. Every online provider of service says less than 100%, but this is less than 75% average overall. Essentially, the hosts are not being transparent to the customer either because they know they will lose subscribers if they engage in full disclosure that is highly unreliable and can go out any day temporarily or permanently.

And I'm sorry but IPs or keys being banned is unacceptable. There are ways around this and obviously IMZDL has not done their proper research into these issues or spoken to other people doing Siri proxy hosting. MOST of keys being banned is too many people using a key and Apple seeing extremely high activity with that key, so that is just irresponsible conduct by the host allowing this to happen without key throttling on their server to prevent that.

Im sorry, but someone charging for service SHOULD engage in full disclosure to its customers as well as do the necessary research to address anticipated issues with the methods. Especially when taking in hundreds of dollars per day if not more, with very little operating cost.

Last time I checked, 75 is less then 100.. and using Keys for something that it wasn't intended to is a perfect "aceptable" reason to be ban. If you can't read and understand the nature of unofficial hack, just stay away from it. :p

You clearly don't get the argument. Then why not say the average number? Because they know this will drive potential customers away. It sounds a lot better how you said it (it's somewhere way less than 100% so its ok just to say not 100%) versus the actual truth right?

It's like the diet pills on those TV commercials. They show the ONE person, the outlier, that lost 150 pounds, and you laugh and say yeah right that product is a scam. How is this different? Just because one or two people claim to have 100% up-time doesn't mean you just disclaim, well we don't claim 100% up-time so it's somewhere south of that number. That's NOT honest business especially from fellow members of the jailbreak community. Tell people how it is. If its average 62%, say it; if it's average 84% say it. Be honest, period. Again, these are fellow members of our jailbreak community, not some big business either. Last time I checked the community was about helping each other not devs' pockets.

There is also no acceptable reason to ban if you know what you are doing. Please do some research and you will see too that there are plenty of ways to, maybe not 100%, but prevent key bans. It does not take much research to figure out how others are using these methods to prevent their keys from getting banned. There are only 2 possible explanations here: either they are overselling their servers due to greed, or have not done their research. And I would bet on the former explanation as the research is quite easy to find and implemented on most servers I've seen (even free ones).

I have personally seen more than a handful of Siri servers without a single key banned, yet somehow IMZDL is having these major issues with Apple. I'm calling, from the evidence, overselling/greed as the reason for key ban excuses and simply having too many people one key. Get more keys/servers, or stop selling and taking people's money, period.
