Purchased early this morning, email was instant. All has been perfect after I uninstalled my3g. Hopefully this gets sorted soon, need the ability to ft my family on the go.
I just installed Spire and bought access to the proxy. I received the email almost immediately, and everything is working perfectly. Finally being able to use Siri is so nice.
Has anyone had success paying with debit card? I'm wondering if that's why I haven't received an email for close to 2 hours after my purchase.
I paid with a debit card. Got an error at first but then it proceeded to go through and gave me the "Thank you for your order page and to check my e-mail".
I checked my e-mail and have yet to get an e-mail 3.5 hours later. I also checked my bank account to make sure it went through and I was charged twice for it.
I e-mailed them 2.5 hours ago and no response yet. I will give them until the morning and then will call my bank to dispute the second transaction and to let them know I never received the first transaction and to dispute it as well.
Edit: I e-mailed them again last night and heard back about 30 minutes later. Siri is now working great. I'm still waiting on them to refund one of the charges though, after sending them a screenshot from my bank showing two charges.

I paid the 20 bones and have everything installed (spire) and somewhat working, but when I try to use Siri, she says "I'm really sorry about this, but I can't take any requests right now, please try again in a little while".
I've tried both servers...
I'm on an iPhone 4 (VZW) jailbroken with Redsn0w 0.9.10b4.

i know how you feel,i paid almost 24 hours ago and nothing.ive sent emails and twitter with no response
Still doesn't work for me both the links they sent me won't let me install. I get "Cannot Install Profile. Safari could not install a profile due to an unknown error" I have emailed them twice with no response yet. I have tried everything I can think of I rejailbroke with the new redsnow and removed and reinstalled spire. I out of ideas and $20
I got that message from Siri the first few times I tried it, but it later started to work. I assume that it was either from the load on the server, or Siri was getting used to your UUID hitting the server.
Same thing happened to me with both servers. The Facebook page did say that there will be a 3rd server soon.
I was able to get the email immediately. Those of you who aren't getting the email, have you checked your spam?
When it's working for me (and I'm not getting the sorry I can't help right now message), it's great. It's running pretty quickly, which is a lot faster than I thought it would. If more servers are added and it works most of the time, I will wait to upgrade my iPhone until this fall. I was thinking about upgrading next month when I am able to.
