I've been meaning to order the fries "well" (see secret menu above), but I always forget to ask for them. I think that might help out quite a bit.
I'd be curious to know if that helps. My own suspicion is no, the problem is the fries are too dry already so I doubt that cooking them longer is the solution. My guess is that they don't soak the fries before cooking, which removes the top layer of starch, and promotes a creamy interior with a crispy exterior.

But let us know if fries "well" helps!

I noticed that to but the chances of me remembering it are about the same as me remembering what day of the month it is without cheating :p (or some family members birthdays, or my wifes friends names... or my friends names sometimes...)

Used to live in Southern Cali for several years so, yes, I have had the burgers. They're yummy for fast food. I personally like the burgers and shakes. I concur with others' comments about the fries. They definitely are too dry and leave something to be desired, but that's all right in my book. Just dip them in the shake and you'll never notice.

I definitely prefer them well done...
Yup. Same here. :D But I go through phases... sometimes I actually prefer them just the way they are.

great burgers &^ fries. i heard the owners have been offered several times to sell their chain to the bigger ones or at least offer some franchising and they've refused; preferring to do it on their own.
