I'd be curious to know if that helps. My own suspicion is no, the problem is the fries are too dry already so I doubt that cooking them longer is the solution. My guess is that they don't soak the fries before cooking, which removes the top layer of starch, and promotes a creamy interior with a crispy exterior.Silencio said:I've been meaning to order the fries "well" (see secret menu above), but I always forget to ask for them.
