Inception (*spoilers*)

Yea. I think that this is the beauty of the movie in that it took us for one great ride, and that we can interpret it in whatever way we choose to and it is still "right". I'm definitely watching it again for sure just to have the experience again and to try to catch more subtle details about the "reality" of Cobb's world and Moll.
 
This film has received incredibly good reviews. I can't wait to see it! Christopher Nolan really is one of the best directors around now.
 
I thought I might take in a movie right after reserving my IP4 and the Gold Class Cinemas had Inception but all the showings were sold out! That's definitely a good sign. I might try again tomorrow! :D
 
I just saw this movie tonight. My mind is completely blown by the amount of creativity. I have never seen any movie like it. Go see it!
 
Got 2 of the last 2 tickets for the 4:50! showing yesterday. Couldn't believe it was that full.

1 word "stunning.".

Go see it...today.
 
Loved it.... Can't say enough... Me and the wife are still talking about this film. Damn good movie. I also like the fact there are some special effects but they do not over power the movie. They are there to enhance the movie not be the movie!
 
I thought it was really good. Was worth the money and had a good time, even in a packed theater. I caught one flaw though and it's kinda big once you grasp how the levels work.

Highlight to reveal.

While in Level 1 when the van is in free fall off the bridge, everyone in the hotel of Level 2 is weightless. This is because Arthur is the dreamer in Level 1. Fischer is the dreamer in Level 2 and is weightless, so why does Level 3 (Military Base) have gravity?

Please give your thoughts on this.

You're right, he did mention it but briefly and with no explanation to why it was strange. Guess we need to wait for the dvd commentary to find out some things.
 
Spoiler: I've seen it twice, just got out tonight and saw it last night. It is very confusing still, but I noticed a few things:

First off, when they were coming back through the kicks, they kicked through the explosion, kicked through the elevator, and then awoke in the van, right before hitting the water. They hit the water and climbed out rather than kicking to the plane.

Also, at the very end, when he sees his children, they are wearing the same clothing and in the same position as they had been in through out all of his memories/dreams. This seems as if it is a dream of the memory still.

Also, why are they able to instantly shoot themselves in limbo and return to the plane? If this is possible, why didn't the rich man kill himself previously? Because he forgot what was real?

Does Leo get stabbed by mol at the end of the movie but not flitch about it?

I noticed that leo woke up way to quickly as well, but maybe because mol had the power to do that to him?
 
Best movie ever. It's one of the few movies that got me thinking and digging deeper into what happened and the reasons and explanations behind it. The cliffhanger at the end really got murmurs from the audience. I think we were all expecting the totem to stop spinning.
 
It has to win awards, everything in solid... music, editing, directing, writing, mise-en-scene, it's all well thought out.

Loved the film to bits, I love those kind of films, makes me want to see Eternal Sunshine again.

If you liked films like Vanilla Sky and Eternal Sunshine, then it's definitely a film you want to watch, it's definitely takes the best different bits from those kind of films and amalgamates them into one stunning package.

Wanted to answer one of questions
in white:

They woke up in the Van because when the van hit the water that was only suppose to wake them up in the 1st dream. The plane had another kick to wake them up.

Here's a question for those who've seen it.
Do you think the ending was a dream or was Cobb in reality?

No, because he saw their faces before didn't he (the camera cuts away, but he said "Those aren't my children" So it might not be their faces, but he just believes it is because he believes it's reality.

Maybe it would be a good idea if the OP put a "WARNING: SPOILERS" in the title, then we don't have to white all the time...
