Tried this case today at Walmart and absolutely hated it. No grip at all, almost slippery in my hands (and my friends, and the cashiers), and it looks ugly.

Bumper + ghost armor is still the best I have tried so far and what I'll probably end up sticking with.

Finally found my case

After trying many, many cases, this is the one for me. Looks great, feels great, buttons are easy to push, and it offers drop protection.

Before I was switching back and forth between the Incase snap in smoke (loved the looks, but wanted a little more protection) and the Incipio dermaSHOT (good protection, but not so sexy).

This case is like a mix of those two, so it's perfect for me!

Yeah I mean having a bumper is like being naked so I would imagine anything in comparison isn't as good.

I still really like mine after 2 days though.

Well, as I posted in one of the PS HD threads, the one from Apple is not anything like I was lead to believe. Clearly they changed the material from the original TPU to something else harder. I feel sorry for the thousands of people who chose this case based on the reviews, and are not getting what they ordered. And Speck walks away with the money..."nice".

Going to try to get out to Wal-Mart today and get a look at the NGP.

This makes me appreciate my Geometric even more.

it's got the old texture and even looks better than PS HD in my opinion.

Plus, not being a freebie, it'll be more rare.

Got my NGP. It's pretty decent. My wife's Griffin Motif is a bit thinner though, and I like her case's plastic a bit better too.

But the NGP is a good deal for $20. Easy to put on, fits well, easy to press the buttons, and comes with a cloth.

What part of the country are you guys getting these at? I cant find any in charleston sc.

I picked up one of these cases up today on a whim (Walmart in Middletown, OH). It's replacing a Rocketfish silicone case that I generally liked but was a little too flimsy on the edges such that it wouldn't keep its shape. I really like the NGP; it's just rigid enough to hold its shape but flexible enough to fit the phone really well. And for $20 it's not a bad deal!

got mine in South Bend IN and loving it.. great look great feel great protection.. works prefect.. and so much better than Vapor Element Case :) which I sold on ebay for $150 yaaaaaahooooo..

picked up one today at walmart in upland, ca. pretty nice case - i really like how the apple logo can be seen through the semi-clear smoke color. this seems to fit much better than the black NGP i have, which is a little loose on the sides of the phone. the smoke version has very little play on the sides. i'm sure i'll keep switching back and forth between this one and the feather and in-case smoke snap case, but overall pretty happy with this one.

Just picked up the last one from walmart chino hills, ca. My black bumper is not shipping until October so I needed something in the mean time. Great case in my opinion. Well fitted & feels great in the hands. Does not add much bulk.

Saw this in WM and was tempted to give it a try, but I have cut myself off on cases for now.

I have this case, too. I'd picked up a Philips jelly flex case but the shiny, reflective surface was screwing with my pics. So I found this one at WM and absolutely love it. Wish there were more colours -- I'm not much of a smoke girl. It fits well, though, and protects even better.

It's not what I tend to think of when I think of a "soft" case. It's definitely more rigid and protects better than basic silicone cases. I almost never pay full price for cases, though, so I probably won't repurchase even I spotted a better colour, but I'm happy to have it.

Hey I just saw a bunch at my local walmart.

I picked up one for $19.88 + tax at 9.750% = $21.82. Yes Tax in Southern California really sucks!

I have no idea how much shipping is to UK but I could help you guys out if interested. Send me a PM.

Wanted to post a few pics of my NGP Matte from wallyworld. I have never been a fan of Incipio but this case has grown on me alot. I have an Otterbox Commuter, Case-Mate Tough and a Bumper. I also purchased a Speck Geometric but took it back. This case has become my favorite all-around case. Its fits well, doesn't add alot of bulk and looks nice. The buttons all press great which was not the case with the Speck. If I need more protection I will go back to the Commuter but overall, this works for my day to day use and job. I am using it with a SGP Oleo on the front and a BSE back shield. It fits fine but I did have one small issue. My first NGP had corners that pressed down too hard on the Oleo and caused some bubbling. I took that one back and got another and it is perfect. The Oleo is a perfect install as well. I made sure there would be no issues by turning the case inside out and pressing the corners out almost flat. When I put it on, it did not have any issues.

Based on comments in this thread, I bought the NGP matte on Friday. I guess there's no need to repeat the positive comments; this case rocks. My only concern is the thin area above the dock connector. Worth noting is the fact that I had to buy 3 of them. First one had a deep scratch and had really jagged edge/molding joints. Returned it and second one bulged big time on the left side. Returned it and got a third and it is perfect. It's $20 guys. If nothing else it'll make a great backup. For now I'm using it every day.

Bought it, wasn't particularly impressed with it, just don't like the way it looks compared to my PixelSkin HD with Bumper buttons. That being said, stock, this case has really nice button-pushing.

Posted it in the Marketplace. Will ship to the UK at buyers cost, PM me if you're interested.

anyone know where to pick one up in the Seattle area? There are no close walmarts to Seattle without at least a hefty drive.

Just as an update, this case is still really good and I recommend it, but I've gone back the geometric.

I think geometric is the end all for me.
