Not at the moment but this is something which will be added in a future update.
@firecore Now that Plex has formally opened and published their API (https://www.plex.tv/blog/plex-pro-week-25-api-unlocked/ and https://developer.plex.tv/), are there plans to take advantage of some of those features for improved Plex integration? One particular use that would be amazing for Infuse to have (at least on iOS and MacOS) is the ability to request and download transcoded reduced-file-size versions of media from Plex for offline viewing, and to support Plex's transcoding feature generally when streaming content remotely.
Transcoding is something we hope to add in a future update, but no ETA just yet.

This may be related to how Apple handles app updates on the App Store. Their official stance is it can take up to 24 hours - but it's usually much quicker.

Unfortunately I don't see the option neither on the plan selection screen nor on the check-out screen.
How does this promotion work? Do I get those 3 months upfront? Or is it added to the yearly subscription thus I it gets renewed after 15 months?
Would be nice if these information were clearly written somewhere.

Glad you were able to get things sorted out. I'm including some info below for others who may have similar quesitosns.
When starting a new subscription (or reactivating an old expired subscription) the promo would be on the front end. That is, start with 3 free months and then switch to the paid year. New subscribers can access this through the normal purchase flow within Infuse.
If you're reactivating an old subscription the promo will appear when viewing the Infuse page in the Subscriptions area of the App Store.
