Did you have your feeds (rss, twitter, facebook) set to refresh every time you pulled down ISX? I changed all mine to only update every 6 hours (essentially manually then) and my battery is excellent on iOS 5 with ISX installed.

To diable auto refresh just go into the ISX settings and into each plugin and switch refresh settings for "on ISX view" to whatever time you want (mine, as i said, is 6 hours.. that way it updates only when I want to refresh it)

I tried your advices but still having lags, the woerd thing is that it only happens after respringing, the second time is smooth.

intellisxreenx is definitely a battery hog. I'm sorry to say. Hopefully they will sort it out soon. After installing i noticed extra battery use as well. End of a work day I be around 25% after installing today I ran with out it and I was around 60% pretty big difference. For now I will leave it uninstalled.

i went back to LI before the trial ended.

Updates from Intelliborn:

@Intellibornco: Thanks all! We are hoping for a ISX + Messages+ release in the next 48 hours.

@Intellibornco: Yes - Messages+ (free), iRealSMS, & BiteSMS support is included in this upcoming 1.1 IntelliScreenX!

Not sure about the lag.. I haven't experienced that at all. With regards to it sliding up, the home button make it slide up anytime you press it whether it's after a respring or not.

I understand that. My issue is when the iPhone is in standby (screen black) after I press the home button to turn it on, sometimes the ISX screen slides up also. Although it could be my iPhone 4 home button, it isn't the most reliable

I'm finding my home button has been giving me issues since updating to iOS 5. I realize that seems a little off, but ever since updating I've been having single clicks register as double clicks and double clicks only registering as single clicks. It's weird. So yeah, I've had that issue where ISX slides up when I'm trying to wake the phone, but the iPod controls also come up to it registered a double click for some reason.

is it just me or is that the same icon (in the notification pulldown) that ISX had shown off last week?

Great news about Bitesms since I already purchased this app. Now I may not have to buy the ISX app since I really only want to compose & reply to text messages on my lockscreen.

that's exactly my problem. The iPod controls don't always come up for me

After I installed IntelliscreenX my wake/sleep button had been acting weird, if I click once sometimes it clicks twice.

Regarding biteSms I prefer the IntelliscreenX approach to be honest.

It is. I wonder how that happened. ISX actually posted on their twitter for opinions on how to change their icon. Not sure why both decided to do 2 icons like that. I think 1 looks a lot cleaner, preferably the white one

Yeah it definitely does look better with one. The beta version with Messages+ has only a white one. Slightly different than the one in the trial video though. It's got a rounded speech bubble rather than square.

All IntelliScreenX trials have been reset (last rest :)). IntelliScreenX is officially out of beta! Release Notes at http://t.co/mrpDNDcm

I don't see v1.1.104 on the beta repo. Cydia doesn't tell me a new version is available. How can I get 1.1.104? Or should I just wait for it to be released on BigBoss? I've already purchased my license.

same, i purchased i see 1.1.103 in my "changes" tab so i installed that but there is not update to that so my guess is the descripion in the change log is incorrect, 1.1.103 must be the initial non-beta

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A334 Safari/7534.48.3)

1.1.103 is the correct release. 1.1.104 was probably an error in the recent changes description

I tried hitting it twice but it just goes away

We cant reply to a text this way?
