Oh please, enough with the "concepts" already. Here's a concept you should become acquainted with: patience.

I thought I wanted dark mode but when I see it here I'm not sure I like it. Hmm...

I do find it amusing though that every time someone comes out with an iOS concept everyone says yes Apple implement this. Here's a prior concept for widgets that eveyone was drooling over at one point. I'm not sure why.

Seems like heaven for a Fandroid :D

I run a simulated dark mode by reprogramming my triple click home button to invert the colors.
Not always perfect but good for imessage.

Wow some really good ideas in there. Read Receipts should really say "Opened" not "Read". Just because I opened a text doesn't mean I read it.

Searching emojis would also be nice or if we can add certain emojis to a permanent customized page.

10th iPhone and 10th version of iOS being released this year. I hope Apple knocks both out of the park. Too bad the new "spaceship" campus won't be opened in time for these events, but maybe the theater will be.

The probability of you reading it after it being opened is very high though

Anyone know what program was used to make the video? Or how it was made?

It looks beautiful. Props Federico!

Very elegant and pretty good ideas. I always say this, but bring the dark mode already! All that white is blinding.

Maybe Apple will release dark mode with iOS 11 next year just in time for next year's iPhones with mLED that would take better advantage of dark mode.

I hate this stuff. If it's not Apple, it's going to get exactly zero interest from Apple because "not invented here".

I'm sick of OS revisions that add features. All I want is stability, speed, elimination of bugs, and a return to a sensible GUI design that harkens back to iOS 6 design.

These are all good ideas but it's a shame though 3D touch wasn't incorporated into iPhone SE.

I currently own the SE as well. If 3D Touch was implemented in to the SE, the price point certainly would have been higher. Not to mention, Tim Cook stated the difficulty to implement 3D Touch was time consuming, assuming Apple was not going to invest one of their newest features into a Non Flagship phone. However, the SE is an amazing phone and is built strong.

Really love these suggested features. Bookmarked - let's see how the official announcement goes in WWDC.

Siri API would be amazing. Now you can search app content with Siri, but there is no interaction so you cannot say send a Whatsapp message to, perform this operation with app X etc.
A dark theme would be great with OLED display, so we can expect it in 2017 if the rumours are true but it may also arrive early as an option, who knows.

Cool things! Let's also add these to the wish list: wifi network priority + display whole day events in agenda widget.

I really hope Apple implements a dark mode option, which would in my opinion would make Night Shift much more effective. I even sent in a feedback form to them asking if they could add a dark mode option, so hopefully they keep hearing our suggestions! Go to the feedback section on their website for those of you wanting to give your voice to them, it's the best way!

I'll welcome the dark mode and custom control centre any day! why have the calculator there when you can just search it. Personal hotpot would be a far better option.

I swear someone, anyone throws out a concept and immediately it's all over Twitter, all over rumor sites and blogs and everyone is best thing ever Apple needs to implement this now! I see this morning someone put an OS X one up on a Medium post. Of course none of these concepts, whether software or hardware, actually have to work, they just have to look good. That's why you get these silly iPhone concepts with no bezels and imbedded home button. Because the person that mocked it up in photoshop or whatever doesn't actually have to engineer it to work. Amazing what can be done when the only limit is ones imagination.

This is why we need some level of customization as not everyone is going to agree on the essentials that should be in control center. I would love personal hotspot there but I also use the calculator all the time. Some want a cellular on/off toggle; I couldn't care less as I never turn it off. At the same time the more customization we get the more some complain about bloat and that iOS is becoming too complicated. Hard to strike the right balance.

Agreed! We should have stayed with iOS 1. No multitasking, no Do Not Disturb, no iMessage/MMS, no tethering, no iCloud. They should just keep on fixing the bugs forever!

I'd pay extra for those widgets, no joke.

iOS does not need to be updated it needs to be thrown away. It was built to do something, now they just added more and more to it.

This exact thing happened with OS 8, you can see the keynote with Steve Jobs. He said they kept adding add-ons to the OS until to became so heavy-clunky, so they threw it out and started fresh with OS X for the next generation with all future capabilities baked in.

I don't want color changes or whatever...we want deep structural changes in iOS like the ability to truly run MAC APPS..iPad Pro is there.Waste of big screen.

Otherwise iPad Pro will never be a macbook substitute. These concepts are cool, but won't truly change my life forever.
