On my iPad Pro 10.5, my photo library is messed up. I can’t see any of my 20,000 plus photos. I will restart after my apps are done updating.
Yes, now it works. Thank you.Did you try a restart?
Just purchased an Apple Watch and the activity app has failed to install and I’m unable to download from the App Store. Seen one other report of the issue reported online. Bug report filed. Going back to 11.3 for now I think
Check the release notes for the final 11.3 iOS release. It mentions a battery management solution for iPads plugged in for a long time and ones operating in kiosk mode for battery health preservation reasons. This might be the reason why it's fluctuating around the 100% mark.Interesting charging behavior on my iPad Pro 10.5. From 11.3 to 11.4.
Plugged in last night before bed and this morning was 100%. Started using iPad and it dropped a few percent quickly. Plugged it in and it wouldn’t charge to 100%. Stuck at 98% for a long time. Reset all settings and it charged to 100%. This happened on a previous beta (I believe beta 11.3 beta 6) as well and after reset all was well after that. Will report.

One of my issues with messages in iCloud that I had in the iOS 11.3 betas remains an issue in this beta. The size of the iCloud-backup more than doubles. Also, the information about the size of the messages in "Manage Storage" and message conversation does not match. I have updated the wiki. If you want to know the issue, please follow the link below. I will test the other issues as well.

I'm also seeing some network issues in this beta. In messages it says the following in the bottom: "Uploading to iCloud paused, plug in your device and connect to wi-fi". My battery is fully charged and I'm connected to the same wi-fi as my MBP. Has anyone of you seen this?
What do you mean when you write that I have to meet those requirements? I have plugged the device to a charger and the device is connected to the same wifi.Any iCloud backup/sync, you have to meet those requirement 1. Plug in to charger and 2. Connected to same WiFi. It's similar to updating Watch by connecting to charger and paired iPhone for update.
It's specifically stated in the iCloud Backup option "Automatically back up data such as your photo library, accounts, documents, Home configuration, and settings when this iPhone is connected to power, locked and on WiFi." which is similar to any iCloud related features.
That's fairly normal when going from a public release to a first beta (or vise versa).11.4 PB1 is 1.94gb on the SE coming from 11.3 release.
Keeeeee-rist it's predicting an hour to download, tethered off of my X.
Edit: Make that 4 hours.

The size.lol the size or the download speed? The size I expected.
Current thinking is that this build is a branch from an earlier iOS 11.3 beta and might not have some of the more recent things from iOS 11.3 merged into it yet.Qualcomm iPhone 8 modem firmware downgraded from 1.89.00 to 1.87.01. I've been having some cellular data issues since 1.89.00 so I wonder if this is related.
It's possible, but it does have a kernel that's two weeks newer than 11.3 Beta 6's.Current thinking is that this build is a branch from an earlier iOS 11.3 beta and might not have some of the more recent things from iOS 11.3 merged into it yet.
