iOS 11 + apps pestering you for feedback

Are these apps that continue to harass you, even after you provide a (low) rating, or any rating?
I've not seen that recently, but seems likely that you could just provide more feedback in some way.
Or, remove the app for sheer annoyance. 😎 (Life is too short)

If I had an app that was constantly injecting a rating request, I would get rid of it.
