They just released beta 4 for MacOS High Sierra so there still could be a chance an iOS release happens today or tomorrow even but I wouldn't bet on it.

Maybe they pulled it due to an emergency bug. The upload is done much earlier than the release. The release is only sending out the generated URLs.

OTA usually takes a little bit to show up. Plus it seems that not all of the usual Twitter iOS monitoring accounts have picked up this release yet, which usually means it's just starting to spread out.
