If the 11.1.2 build number is as suggested (15B202) then it's a fairly good jump from the build that is 11.1.1 (15B150).

The release notes say “OS 11.1.2 includes bug fixes for your iPhone and iPad.”
I’m sure it’s coming for other devices. Maybe not today.

OS 11.1.2 includes bug fixes for your iPhone and iPad. This update:
- Fixes an issue where the iPhone X screen becomes temporarily unresponsive to touch after a rapid temperature drop
- Addresses an issue that could cause distortion in Live Photos and videos captured with iPhone X

Assuming the notes are correct, then why mention "for your iPhone and iPad" if it's just for iPhone X?

Unless it's some generic copy/paste type of oversight.

Because that is just generic language. Its probably used for every single update.
