I think this build is only gonna change the tv app everything else will be under the hood

I think that's a pretty safe assumption. But you never know. Maybe they snuck in Dark Mode?😕

I prefer the new icon for the Tv apps. I dislike the new News icon.

Yes the new tv app is there ..swiping up to clear apps seems to hang for a few seconds.. doing another restart .. I see nothing else new yet

apart from new tv app, I can't find anything new, had a feeling this would be the case, the modem has been upgraded so lets see if LTE will be better 🙂

12.3 may well be the 9.4 of iOS 12. One app pony!

That's ok. We're at about 9 weeks til WWDC. My guess is 12.3 will land just about then (shocker!)

On the TV app, is the scrubber improved in anyway? Buttons and/or gestures for rewind/skip certain number of seconds? Accessing tiny scrubber control almost always activates notification center for me.

Modem version changed on iphone 6s Plus from 5.55.00 to 5.53.02. Carrier version on ATT remained at 36.0

it may be doing some under hood stuff to make it not as snappy .. giving it a bit to settle in

Please report back, I‘ve downloaded 12.3 but am hesitating to install it because of the hanging you report.

Updated wiki with modem firmware. 2018 iPhones have updated firmware while older iPhones have downgraded firmware except iPhone 6/6 Plus/SE.

2.2 GB upgrading OTA from 12.2 final on iPad Mini 4.

Going from a production build to a beta one for a new version would generally involve a full installer.

Apple TV channels are in the tv app now, and You can subscribe through then tv app.

So the new Apple TV app is only available in these beta were the Apple TV app was available before ? Not in the 100+ countries were it will extend to in May ?

ok update for everyone, seems to be a lot better after an hour using 12.3 .. I still say its not as snappy as 12.2 but not getting any hang ups quitting apps or swiping them to remove from switcher like I was earlier.. So going from 12.2 to this beta be patient it does settle in ..
