It's a beta and it's a bug, it's normal, it's up to Apple now to fix it so users won't have to set their date to the past.Reportedly setting changing the date to a date in the past seems to fix the issue.

I don't care about the pop up. I hope the Bluetooth works well again in my cars. The connection is lost every time I stop the car. I have to turn off bluetooth and then reconnect for it to work...
