iPhone iOS 13 B2 Battery issue

I realize Apple made improvements to the battery function and saver, yet all of the sudden my phone will not charge. With all the battery functions off, etc, it still will not charge. Any ideas???

Make sure you are using an Apple cable and not a knock-off.

Downgrade to iOS 12 to see if your phone starts charging again. If it does, then you know there is a bug with beta 2.
