It’s only beta at the moment. Unless you enroll in the beta program you won’t get a notification until the public release in the fall.

What about it? The SE also made the iOS 13 cutoff.

Even the iPad Air2 (A8X) and mini 4 (A8) made it. All these devices have 2GB.

I think it’s time to upgrade if possible. Actually wait because there’s a rumor that a new iPhone SE is coming out soon. I suspect you prefer the older style with Touch ID. The new one might have a plus size version unlike the current SE2
