Anyone seeing an issue with contacts; If i search for a contact, close the app and then re-open again, it doesn't allow me to see/select any other contact..just displays the previously searched contact till i swipe up and kill the app and re-open contacts again.

thx.

Is this new? I have wanted to see this function for so long. This is a great add if it tells you if the phone is carrier locked.

I have a vague memory that this is since beta 2, if not right from 1.

The install process for me for Public Beta 4 has been extremely strange. I started it a bit ago, and it did the usual black screen with progress bar for a while, but then for a while I was just getting what seemed like endless boot loops -- Apple logo on a black screen for 10-15 sec, then a reboot. Over and over, no progress bar. At least 15-20 times.

Then I just took it off the charger, now it's booted to a "swipe up to update" screen (never seen this before in my life), I did so and put in my passcode, now it's a white screen with black Apple logo and a progress bar again. And a few minutes later I'm now back up and running. That was just quite a strange, different process, I hadn't seen anyone else mention this.

Clock widget seems to show time consistent with real time after last Beta.

Sorry, it doesn't!

I am starting to run into issues sending files / photos / etc and sharing via EMail (Mail / Gmail) and Messages. Frequently I will share the item and midst the Messahe or email, the screen will freeze amd the keyboard vanishes. This is happening on both my IPP and ProMax. At that point all you can do is kill sending app and reopen.

This was selecting a photo in Photos and attempting to share via Mail.
Interestingly, when I select Mail only a subset of my Contacts are available and I frequently end up typing in the address.
No issue under Gmail.

Mine did exactly the same

Weather widget seems to be working on my iPad, but only for Cupertino or New York. If I try to change location, I get a respring every time.

Does anyone know when the previous beta expires?
Am thinking of giving this one a miss, sounds like this new one is just like iOS 13 😂

Has anybody been able to get Viber working on iPhone 11 Max. I was hoping that this beta white help. I can open Viber go to chats but it then freezes
Oops that should be in buggy and broken
However would appreciate any comments or fixes. It works ok on my iPad
